Every Game New to Xbox Game Pass for November 2025
November was yet another great month for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, with plenty of day 1 releases arriving on the service. Surprisingly, many of the games featured in November were previously only available on the Game Pass Ultimate subscription tier but have since made their way to Game Pass Premium (the standard tier), though there are plenty of new additions (primarily some of November 2025’s new release titles) that are exclusive to Ultimate subscribers. As it stands, the increased cost of Game Pass seems to be correlating to the service getting an impressive array of new games to play that make the price hike feel worth it.
1000xResist
- Release Date — November 4, 2025
- Developer — Sunset Visitor
- Publisher — Fellow Traveller Games
- Review Aggregate Score — 86% (Generally Favorable)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 4, 2025
One of November’s earliest additions to Game Pass coincided with the console release of narrative adventure game 1000xResist. After previously only being available on PC and Switch, 1000xResist made its way to Xbox Series X/S and PS5 this month, complete with a day 1 launch on Game Pass’ standard subscription tier. If you’re a fan of cyberpunk games and interested in an adventure title centered around a compelling murder mystery with some excellent writing and characters, checking out 1000xResist is strongly recommended.
Football Manager 26
- Release Date — November 4, 2025
- Developer — Sports Interactive
- Publisher — Sega
- Review Aggregate Score — 69% (Mixed or Average)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 4, 2025 (Game Pass Ultimate)
The latest entry in Sega’s long-running Football Manager series released day-and-date on Game Pass Ultimate. According to reviews, Football Manager 26 is a decent enough simulation game centered around managing a football team, but its visuals and UI leave a lot to be desired for something that has a normal full retail price of a new AAA game. That said, experiences like that are perfect fits for the Game Pass service, where players can try them out as part of their monthly subscription fee without having to fork over an additional $60 or $70.
Dead Static Drive
- Release Date — November 5, 2025
- Developer — Reuben Games
- Publisher — Reuben Games
- Review Aggregate Score — N/A
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 5, 2025 (Game Pass Ultimate)
Ahead of its release, Dead Static Drive seemed like an interesting take on the survival horror genre. Unfortunately, its long development didn’t result in a quality title, with user reviews on Steam for Dead Static Drive currently sitting at a disappointing “Mostly Negative”. But if you’re looking for a mostly risk-free way to try out Dead Static Drive‘s car-based survival horror, there’s really no better avenue than getting a month of Game Pass Ultimate, which will give you access to dozens of other, better games as well.
Sniper Elite: Resistance
- Release Date — January 30, 2025
- Developer — Rebellion Developments
- Publisher — Rebellion Developments
- Review Aggregate Score — 72% (Mixed or Average)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 5, 2025
The Sniper Elite games are practically a perfect fit for a service like Game Pass; they’re on the shorter side and fairly one-note when it comes to their stealth-action gameplay, but they’re an incredible amount of fun while they last. If you’d been interested in trying out the latest game in the series, Sniper Elite: Resistance, it made its way from Game Pass Ultimate over to Game Pass Premium this month, which means you can finally try it out for a lower monthly subscription fee than was previously possible. And honestly, it’s definitely worth a playthrough if you’re a fan of either the series or the modern Hitman games and their semi-open world stealth sandboxes.
Egging On
- Release Date — November 6, 2025
- Developer — Egobounds
- Publisher — Alibi Games Limited, IndieArk
- Review Aggregate Score — N/A
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 6, 2025 (Game Pass Ultimate)
Ever dreamed of a physics-based platformer in which you play as an egg? No? Well, you’re still in luck, because that’s exactly what Egging On is, and it’s apparently a heck of a good time if Steam user reviews are to be believed. Egging On launched day-and-date on Game Pass Ultimate concurrent with its arrival on PC and console earlier this month, and it seems like it’s a great title to “one-and-done” while it’s on the Game Pass service.
Whiskerwood
- Release Date — November 6, 2025
- Developer — Minakata Dynamics
- Publisher — Hooded Horse
- Review Aggregate Score — N/A
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 6, 2025 (Game Pass Ultimate)
One of the more exciting additions to Game Pass Ultimate this month is the animal-themed city-builder Whiskerwood, which just so happens to be published by Hooded Horse — a very trustworthy name in the tactics, strategy, and simulation space. Whiskerwood currently sits at a 92% “Very Positive” user review score on Steam, which is a very good indication of its quality, and its place as an Early Access title makes it a perfect fit for Game Pass, where players can try it out for free as part of their monthly subscription before pledging to support its ongoing development.
Voidtrain
- Release Date — November 7, 2025
- Developer — HypeTrain Digital
- Publisher — HypeTrain Digital
- Review Aggregate Score — N/A
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 7, 2025
The premise of Voidtrain is incredibly cool, and the simple fact that it’s an untested idea makes it an ideal fit for something like Game Pass. In Voidtrain, players commandeer a locomotive that’s making its way through an interdimensional void (get it?), under assault from threats both human and non. It’s a mix of survival, management sim, and first-person shooter with some very cool-looking monster designs that are very clearly Lovecraftian in nature, and that it’s available at launch on all tiers of Game Pass is a huge plus.
Great God Grove
- Release Date — November 14, 2024
- Developer — LimboLane
- Publisher — LimboLane, Fellow Traveller
- Review Aggregate Score — 81% (Generally Favorable)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 11, 2025
LimboLane’s Great God Grove launched almost exactly a year ago for PC and consoles, but this month it finally comes to Xbox Game Pass Premium and Ultimate tiers. It’s a humorous and delightfully weird puzzle adventure game that features some striking (and occasionally very psychedelic) art, and it just so happens to have an impressive “Overwhelmingly Positive” user review score on Steam. Seems like Great God Grove is one of a handful of the more unique titles that landed on Game Pass this November.
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris
- Release Date — December 9, 2014
- Developer — Crystal Dynamics
- Publisher — Square Enix
- Review Aggregate Score — 72% (Mixed or Average)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 11, 2025
Earlier this year, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light made its way over to Game Pass, and this month we’re getting its sequel, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris. While Temple of Osiris isn’t nearly as good as Guardian of Light, it still offers up more multiplayer-centric adventure and puzzle-solving with some very cool environments and challenges to work your way through. For a fun co-op experience that doesn’t overstay its welcome, you could definitely do a lot worse than Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris.
Pigeon Simulator
- Release Date — November 11, 2025
- Developer — tinyBuild, Bossa Games, HakJak Productions, PixelPizza Games
- Publisher — tinyBuild
- Review Aggregate Score — N/A
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 11, 2025 (Game Pass Ultimate)
Despite having some pre-release hype, finding information on Pigeon Simulator is harder than you might imagine, unless you visit the game’s Xbox or Nintendo store page. One of a small handful of games that was actually developed by indie publisher tinyBuild, Pigeon Simulator is pretty much exactly what it says on the tin: a game in which you play as a pigeon and engage in some outlandish scenarios a la Goat Simulator. It’s currently only available for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, but give it a month or two, and it’ll probably land on Game Pass Premium as well.
Relic Hunters Legend
- Release Date — August 14, 2025
- Developer — Rogue Snail
- Publisher — Rogue Snail
- Review Aggregate Score — N/A
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 12, 2025
With so many great games on Game Pass, it can be hard for a newer, unknown title to stand out, but Relic Hunters Legend at least draws you in with an eye-catching art style. On the surface, Relic Hunters Legend is about what you’d expect from a co-op-focused action RPG, but its subtle references to JRPG classics and addictive looter shooter gameplay give it a unique twist that makes it at least worth trying out. And if nothing else, that’s exactly what Game Pass is meant for — trying out games we might not have otherwise.
Winter Burrow
- Release Date — November 12, 2025
- Developer — Pine Creek Games
- Publisher — Noodlecake
- Review Aggregate Score — 67% (Mixed or Average)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 12, 2025 (Game Pass Ultimate)
It’s a shame to see that Winter Burrow‘s critical review scores don’t quite match up to the game’s interesting premise, because it initially seemed like a strong new entry into the growing survival genre. Winter Burrow‘s main draw is that its survival gameplay is centered around a very real struggle for survival, that of woodland creatures preparing for a harsh winter, and its Watership Down-inspired visual style is a perfect fit for that occasionally brutal subject matter. Notably, Winter Burrow has fared much better among players, with an 87% “Very Positive” user review score on Steam, so it’s probably worth checking out on Game Pass for yourself to see if it’s the next survival game you’ll dig into.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7
- Release Date — November 14, 2025
- Developer — Treyarch, Raven Software
- Publisher — Activision
- Review Aggregate Score — 66% (Mixed or Average)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 14, 2025 (Game Pass Ultimate)
In the semi-annual battle between the juggernauts of the first-person shooter genre, Battlefield has come out on top over Call of Duty for 2025, with Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 mostly being labeled a disappointment by both fans and critics. But if you were looking for a way to get in on a handful of multiplayer matches or experience its single-player campaign, Game Pass Ultimate has you covered thanks to Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Just make sure you have plenty of hard drive space to download it.
Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault
- Release Date — November 19, 2025
- Developer — Digital Sun
- Publisher — 11 bit studios
- Review Aggregate Score — N/A
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 19, 2025 (Game Pass Ultimate)
The ability of Early Access games, most of which are normally PC-exclusive, to come to consoles via Game Pass has been a huge blessing for developers, allowing them to get their still-in-development titles out to wider audiences and collect invaluable feedback. One of the latest games to take that plunge is Moonlighter 2, which is already experiencing a very strong EA launch on both PC and Game Pass Ultimate. If you were a fan of the original’s merging of action RPG combat and simulation-style shop management, you’ll find plenty to love in the sequel, complete with a brand-new 3D art style.
Kulebra and the Souls of Limbo
- Release Date — May 16, 2025
- Developer — Galla
- Publisher — Fellow Traveller
- Review Aggregate Score — N/A
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 19, 2025
Joining Great God Grove and Pigeon Simulator as one of the more experimental and unique entries joining Game Pass this November is Kulebra and the Souls of Limbo, which seemingly shares more with the former than the latter, given its supernatural and mythological bend. Like Great God Grove, Kulebra is also another adventure and puzzle game with an emphasis on humor and a quirky art style, so if you try one and like it, chances are you’ll enjoy the other.
Revenge of the Savage Planet
- Release Date — May 8, 2025
- Developer — Raccoon Logic
- Publisher — Raccoon Logic
- Review Aggregate Score — 79% (Generally Favorable)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 19, 2025
The original Journey to the Savage Planet was a surprise cult classic that merged elements of Metroidvania-style exploration and upgrades with some solid shooting and movement mechanics, and Revenge of the Savage Planet ups the ante over its predecessor in some surprising ways. After originally launching day-and-date on Game Pass Ultimate earlier in the year, the title finally makes its way to the standard Game Pass tier this month, where it’s sure to be a hit among anyone looking for a very solid action-platformer with plenty of humor.
Monsters are Coming! Rock & Road
- Release Date — November 20, 2025
- Developer — Ludogram
- Publisher — Raw Fury
- Review Aggregate Score — 81% (Generally Favorable)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 20, 2025 (Game Pass Ultimate)
Both survivor-likes and tower defense games are incredibly addictive genres with immediately rewarding gameplay loops, but what if both were combined into a single title? That’s pretty much what you’re getting with Monsters Are Coming! Rock & Road, which sees players prepare for nightly onslaughts of enemy waves by building up defenses and then laying waste to them with bullet hell-style offensive abilities a la Vampire Survivors. This one already has a strong player reception on Steam and should be a perfect title to hop in and out of for any Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.
The Crew Motorfest
- Release Date — September 14, 2023
- Developer — Ubisoft Ivory Tower
- Publisher — Ubisoft
- Review Aggregate Score — 75% (Generally Favorable)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 20, 2025 (Game Pass Ultimate)
Ubisoft continues to bring more and more games over to both Game Pass Premium and Game Pass Ultimate, with this month’s flagship addition being 2023’s The Crew Motorfest. Among racing game fans, The Crew titles have a special place separate from the Gran Turismos and Forzas of the world, which makes Motorfest‘s arrival on Game Pass Ultimate a cause for celebration.
CloverPit
- Release Date — November 20, 2025
- Developer — Panik Arcade
- Publisher — Future Friends Games
- Review Aggregate Score — 76% (Generally Favorable)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 20, 2025
Another fantastic roguelike making its way to Game Pass in November was CloverPit, which takes the “gambling” aspect of the roguelike genre literally with its “slot machine from Hell” premise. We’ve seen poker roguelikes like Balatro, and CloverPit takes things one step further by introducing the all-too-addictive slot machine, forcing players to gamble their way out of the underworld.
Total Chaos
- Release Date — November 20, 2025
- Developer — Trigger Happy Interactive
- Publisher — Apogee Entertainment
- Review Aggregate Score — 78% (Generally Favorable)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 20, 2025 (Game Pass Ultimate)
Easily one of the best new additions to Game Pass Ultimate in the month of November, Total Chaos is a game that deserves to be on way more players’ radars. After originating as a popular mod made in GZ Doom, Total Chaos was reworked from the ground up by Trigger Happy Interactive (Turbo Overkill) using the Unity engine, and it’s now one of the best survival horror games of 2025. Imagine something like Condemned or S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 merged with Silent Hill, and you’re fairly close to what Total Chaos brings to the table. Rest assured, if you think you’ve seen everything the survival horror genre has to offer, Total Chaos will still effectively get under your skin.
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden
- Release Date — February 12, 2024
- Developer — Don’t Nod
- Publisher — Focus Entertainment
- Review Aggregate Score — 81% (Generally Favorable)
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 25, 2025
Game Pass subscribers are getting yet another overlooked cult classic this month via Don’t Nod’s Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, which is a classic case of a game that deserves and is getting a second shot through Microsoft’s subscription service. While the combat and traversal of Banishers are fine and mostly solid, it’s the game’s strong writing, characters, and emotional pull that will carry the experience from beginning to end, and that it’s available on all tiers of Game Pass means that only more people will get to play this fantastic and underrated title.
Kill It With Fire! 2
- Release Date — November 25, 2025
- Developer — Casey Donnellan Games
- Publisher — tinyBuild
- Review Aggregate Score — N/A
- Xbox Game Pass Arrival Date — November 25, 2025
Closing out November’s Game Pass additions was the November 25th launch of Kill It With Fire! 2, which is yet another game that feels primed to gain a boost in popularity from its arrival on the service. A first-person shooter about killing bugs and setting fire to the buildings they infest, Kill It With Fire! 2 wisely understands not to change much from its excellent predecessor but to instead refine the experience, and it’s just the kind of game that you could have a few fun hours with, get your money’s worth, and never pick up again.
